Molk Properties, a boutique real estate company, approached Comm.Ink with a request to help them create new branding and website.

While the real estate firm has been doing business for two generations, they had relied upon word of mouth to attract both buyers and sellers on the Northshore. And as the next generation of owners is moving into the leadership role, it was time for a renaming from John Murphy Real Estate to Molk Properties. The new name also reflects a broad array of services including real estate investments, construction and property management.

Our first step was to help them unlock what made them unique and the qualities their clients valued the most with a strategic branding exercise. This information allowed us to create a custom logomark that creates a strong visual identity, builds credibility for their expertise and increases awareness for their services. The “M” homes symbol is the main focal point of the logomark and represents properties, community and the Founder’s name.

With new a new brand identity signage, clothing and truck lettering was created while we worked on a new website.

The new website targets commercial and residential real estate buyers (both first and more seasoned investors), real estate investors, property sellers and referrers. It’s simple design delivers a visually appealing UI experience that delivers information about Molk’s services as well as easy to use calls to action. With a stronger identity and a digital presence built for today’s market, Molk Properties is opening more doors than ever before.
