Coming up with a new way for ecommerce entrepreneurs to work and grow their business is the idea behind Kismet Commerce, a Boston-based startup. It also required a marketing partner to help them define their audiences, create strategic messages and design a new brand identity. Working with a startup business is especially gratifying. Our Deep Dive helped uncover the personalities and behaviors of entrepreneurs who create and sell products. We used these findings to create a playful brand identity. The “destineer” on the plane represents these entrepreneurs and how they view their businesses. Once we had the branding built, we launched a new website, designed PowerPoint presentations, printed materials and outdoor signage. Next up is building out the interior space, swag and social media to build a community of ecommerce entrepreneurs.
