Since 2005, the w3 Awards has honored excellence in digital content and design by recognizing brands, agencies, institutions and independent creators who set trends, break boundaries and shape the digital landscape. The w3 Awards is evaluated by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts, an assembly of industry leaders from acclaimed brands, agencies and institutions like Walt Disney Studios, PepsiCo, The National Gallery of Art, McCann, Netflix and IBM. This honor celebrates creativity, innovation and strategic thinking in digital design. A Website Built to Inspire and Perform

When MicroTek partnered with us, their goal was clear. They wanted a new website that looked beautiful and told their story in a way that was compelling. As a manufacturing company that helps businesses prepare for their future by prototyping and building vital wiring, MicroTek wanted the website to convey their reliability and innovation. They also wanted to spotlight their teams of individuals, some of whom has intellectual disabilities. With this information, the Comm.Ink team considered every detail from the visitor experience and messaging to the visual identity and performance. The result is a website that enhances the client’s digital presence, engages their audiences and moves them to action through a seamless experience across all devices.

Before we started designing the new site, we immersed ourselves in understanding the client’s goals, their audiences and how we need to talk about their organization. From there we built an intuitive navigation structure, wrote compelling content and designed a visual system that is timely and dynamic. We then train our clients so they can make the changes they want to manage on their own.
